PROFILE

Nina MacKenzie brings broad experience in managing projects gained through over 20 years in architecture and development services. She focuses on financial fitness, client communication, vendor coordination, and expectations management. Nina has held key roles with a variety of organizations and non-profit entities across all scales of public, university, commercial, lab, and healthcare.
 

Recently, Nina closed Arch Street, a firm she founded to provide business consulting and software development, advising architectural firms on best practices for professional services. This venture was grounded in her comprehensive project management experience as a senior architect with various architectural firms across the U.S.

 

Nina has guided substantial projects from initial scope definition and contract negotiation through punch-list and move-in. She oversaw multi-disciplinary teams and contributed to key business development activities. Notably, Nina initiated a firm-wide Project Management Office at one of the Bay Area’s largest architectural firm auditing all projects for contract and schedule compliance, change management and necessary escalations, as well as financial performance.
